Focus Areas
Our work is focused on three interconnected pillars that create the foundation for sustainable economic development:
Human Capital Development
Building and preparing skilled, capable individuals through inclusive and accessible education, and implementing programs that expand their access to a better quality of life.
Infrastructure Development
Connecting institutions, equipping them with research-based development plans, and initiating strategic partnerships that strengthen the region's operational capacity
Good Governance
building towards democratic practices and transparent systems that emerge when human capital is strong and institutions are effectively connected and resourced.
Together, these pillars create a comprehensive approach to economic development, where empowered individuals, capable institutions, and democratic governance work in concert to drive Iraq's transformation and progress, guided by our vision, These focus areas are implemented at two levels—institutions and potential human capital—through various interconnected activities such as institution-linking, training programs, research programs, and establishing platforms for individuals & institutions in crucial sectors including the NGO sector, emerging SMEs, oil and gas, and banking.
