The First National Conference for Alumni of Iraqi Scholarship Programs
Under the patronage of the Ministry of Higher Education, Eden contributed strategic planning, objective-setting, and content development for the national conference for Iraqi scholarship recipients at University of Baghdad. The conference aimed to develop a roadmap for maximizing the impact of scholarship programs on human resource development and national development. Eden produced video materials for the conference and provided consultancy on event structure and goals.

Dialogue Seminar 'From Planning to Activation: Central Bank and Banking Association as Drivers of Sustainability'
Eden organized in collaboration with the Central Bank of Iraq and the Iraqi Private Banks league a dialogue seminar at the Movenpick Hotel in Basra. The session brought together diverse economic stakeholders including government and private banks, universities, chambers of commerce, and civil society organizations to promote cooperation between the banking sector and civil society for sustainable development. Eden's role included organizing the session, facilitating discussions, and documenting stakeholder concerns and recommendations for submission to higher government levels. Eden coordinated with Cheval Event Management Agency for logistics and marketing efforts coordination.

Role of Media in Strengthening Economic Development
Eden organized a seminar in Basra titled 'The Role of Economic Media in Enhancing Development and Stimulating Community Innovation' presented by media professional Sumaya Al-Shaybani. The event brought together representatives from key sectors including the Central Bank of Iraq, banking institutions, oil and gas companies, electricity sector, and media organizations. The seminar focused on promoting the national economy, promoting transparency, and encouraging innovation and sustainable development.

Customer Centricity Workshop
Eden organized a customer relationship management workshop in Basra focused on building client relationships and enhancing brand success for women entrepreneurs. Delivered by trainer Razan Al-Atiya in an interactive format, the session engaged around 30 businesswomen through discussions and practical exercises on understanding customer needs and satisfaction strategies. Eden coordinated all aspects including trainer recruitment, venue arrangement partnership, logistics and marketing efforts with Cheval Agency, participant invitations through the Basra Businesswomen Center network, and program implementation.

HumanTrees Project
Eden provided institutional support, legal representation, and strategic guidance for the HumanTrees initiative, an annual program focused on orphan empowerment. The program supported computer literacy, Scratch programming, and robotics training activities. Eden committed to ongoing support for future iterations of the program, ensuring sustainability and addressing institutional challenges. The program included continued free training from the Starcodes team, and Eden committed to sponsoring future HumanTrees programs annually.

Dialogue Seminar on Riyada Initiative
Eden co-organized a dialogue seminar with the Career Development Center at the University of Basrah to discuss the Prime Minister's Riyada Initiative for youth employment and entrepreneurship. The seminar brought together the Prime Minister's Advisor, Central Bank of Iraq representatives, All Chancellors of Basra's Public and Private Universities, academics, and Basra Riyada trainers to explore the initiative's role in empowering youth, supporting small businesses, and helping graduates to reduce unemployment and strengthen economic development in Basra.

Business Leaders Coordination Meeting
Eden coordinated and facilitated a high-level consultation between the Prime Minister's Advisor and over 60 business leaders in Basra to address challenges facing Iraq's private sector and identify pathways for improving the business environment and strengthening local investment. Eden designed the meeting objectives, moderated discussions, and produced a comprehensive report documenting stakeholder concerns and recommendations. Eden coordinated with Cheval, our key event management partner to coordinate logistics and marketing efforts. The report was submitted to the government for immediate governmental action.

Global Entrepreneurship Week - Basra 2023
Eden served as strategic consultant and coordinator, partnering with the University of Basrah's Career Development Center to deliver a week-long innovation and entrepreneurship program. Eden facilitated connections between government, academia, private sector, and international organizations, provided trainers, and supported overall strategy development. The event engaged 40+ partner organizations and empowered 300+ students through workshops, exhibitions, and hackathons focused on sustainable business models and digital innovation.
